ESCADA Summer Festival – Fragrance and Glitter Body Mist

Good-Mood-Summer-Feeling in a perfume bottle – that’s exactly what this fragrance feels like to me!

I must admit that Escada flacons have never really appealed to me, as they seem too “girly” for me. Nevertheless, I fell in love with an Escada perfume several years ago when I was given one for Christmas.

The Eau de Toilette Summer Festival – unfortunately a limited edition – meets exactly my taste – so much so that I will definitely stock up.

At parfumcity.ch, the 30ml version is available for only CHF 30.00. Ideal for on the go, they also have a rollerball version (7.4 ml) for only CHF 13.50!

Fragrance composition

top notes: Cherry Blossom and Ice

middle notes: Green Mandarin and Jasmine Sambac

base note: Sandalwood

As the individual fragrance notes already suggest, Summer Festival smells fruity, sweet and slightly floral. Through the rather woody undertones, it doesn‘t smell overpowering sweet, but perfectly summery and fresh. The fragrance is not too heavy either and thus also very suitable for everyday use. I myself am not a huge cherry fragrance fan, as these often smell very artificial. But here, in my opinion, a perfect combination of tangerine and cherry was created.

Summer Festival – as the name already suggests – lifts up your mood within seconds and makes you want to have great summer parties with delicious cocktails at the beach.

To add a touch of shimmer to the perfect summer look there is also a matching Glitter Fragrance Body Mist available!

So if you like fruity and sweet – but not overpowering kind of sweet – fragrances, you will love this eau de toilette and the matching body spray!
